Read Please is a free, easy-to-use piece of text-to-speech software.You must be running Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP to complete this tutorial.

1. Load up your web browser

2. In the location bar, type "http://www.readplease.com" and press enter.

3. Click on the “Downloads” under Navigation on the top left of the page.

4. In the page that opens up, click on the ReadPlease/ReadPlease Plus 2003 link.

5. Click on ReadPlease 2003 / ReadPlease Plus 2003 Trial (11MB) to start download

6. When the File Download dialog screen comes up, click on “Run”.

7. Click on “Run” again when the security warning comes up.

8. Click "Next" to pass the "Welcome" screen and then "Yes” after reading the license agreement and “Next” after reading the information screen.

9. At the "Select Destination Directory" screen, simply press "Next".

10. Click “Next” at the select components screen and “Next” to put ReadPlease 2003 on the Start Menu and “Next” again to place an icon on the desktop.

11. The computer will now let you know that it wants to install the "Microsoft Voice Engines"(unless you already have them installed, in which case you may skip this step ). Press "Yes".

12. Click on “Finish” to complete setup.

13. Congratulations! Read Please 2003 is installed. You may now open Read Please by clicking on the icon on the desktop, or you may access it through Start > Programs > Read Please 2003 > Read Please 2003 FREE
